2025 was a year of shipping, scaling, and activating builders across AIOZ Network’s DePIN stack: AI Compute, Storage, Pin and P2P Streaming.
These alongside expanding integrations, launching flagship products, and earning meaningful industry recognition.
Throughout the year, our team advanced the AIOZ DePIN stack by shipping core infrastructure, rolling out major product upgrades, while driving real adoption through integrations, developer programs and ecosystem collaborations.
Just as foundational storage milestones and DePIN upgrades defined 2024, 2025 became a year of platform launches, reliability improvements, builder workflows, and ecosystem-scale distribution, setting the stage for even greater momentum ahead.

DePIN & Network Upgrades: Scaling Reliability for Real Workloads
AIOZ DePIN remains the backbone of everything we ship, powering AIOZ AI, AIOZ Stream, AIOZ storage, and AIOZ Pin across a growing community of contributors.
1. AIOZ Network Upgrades & Hardforks
To strengthen blockchain reliability and long-term scalability, we successfully implemented Hardfork v1.7.0 and Hardfork v1.7.1.
2. AIOZ DePIN App Update: V4.2.0
We deployed the AIOZ DePIN V4.2.0 update, improving stability, data protection, resilience, and UI polish to support smoother contributions across the network.
3. AIOZ DePIN CLI Upgrade: v1.2.5
The release of AIOZ DePIN CLI v1.2.5 includes GPU transcoding support on Windows for efficient media processing, nearest tunnel assignment to reduce latency and optimize DePIN performance, improved file audit routines, and various bug fixes for greater reliability.
4. Over 300,000 DePIN App Downloads
A major milestone: AIOZ DePIN surpassed over 300,000 app downloads, reflecting increased global engagement and strengthening the performance, resilience, and reach of our infrastructure.
AIOZ AI: Platform Growth, Builder Workflows, and Challenge Momentum
1. AIOZ AI V1 Launch
We officially launched AIOZ AI V1, a collaborative platform for discovering, sharing, and building on AI models and datasets, powered by DePIN compute for scalable, community-driven innovation.
2. Git over SSH + Git LFS Integration
To support larger AI development workflows, AIOZ AI rolled out Git over SSH and Git LFS integration, streamlining secure version control and collaboration for massive datasets and models. Developers can explore the update now on AIOZ AI.
3. AIOZ AI Challenges: Learning Through Practice
AIOZ AI Challenges emerged as a key on-ramp for builders in 2025, creating a continuous loop of datasets, model submissions, and shared progress. These challenges deliver real-world impact while serving as a learning opportunity for AI developers at all levels.
We launched four challenges this year, covering diverse domains:
- Face Anti-Spoofing (security-focused object detection)
- Movie Reviews Sentiment Analysis (NLP for sentiment classification)
- Housing Prices Prediction (regression-based machine learning)
- Pothole Detection (computer vision for infrastructure)
4. AIOZ AI Research: Conference Recognition and Real-World Progress
Our research efforts gained meaningful academic recognition, advancing practical, DePIN-powered AI applications.
Highlights include:
- “Federated Endovascular Foundation Model with Unseen Data” accepted and published at the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2025.

We officially launched AIOZ Stream, our peer-to-peer, DePIN-powered infrastructure for VoD and live streaming, designed to support creator and developer workflows with built-in monetization.

In 2025, we welcomed new members to our storage ecosystem: SoloChain, Ondo DeFAI, Olivia AI, Ads3, HiloT, SpaceAgri, Nebulai, and Kova Network.
These integrations highlight the versatility of AIOZ Storage and AIOZ Pin in areas like asset tokenization, Web3 advertising, and data-intensive apps.
Ecosystem Collaborations: Supporting Builders Where They Ship
AIOZ Network expanded ecosystem collaboration across multiple communities in 2025:
- Neo Blockchain collaboration: We supported the Scoop AI Hackathon (co-hosted by Neo Blockchain and SpoonOS AI) by providing AIOZ Infra Credits for AI compute, storage, and streaming, enabling builders to prototype and deploy quickly. We also powered the hackathon workshop video delivery with AIOZ Stream.
