Since we operate on a pre-paid mechanism, users are required to make a deposit before using our services. Here are some important points to keep in mind:

  • When using our services, W3S requires a minimum balance to continue using the service. This minimum balance is calculated based on the storage fees from the previous charging cycle. For instance, if a user was billed $100 for storage in the previous cycle, the minimum balance required to continue using the service would be $100. If a user's account balance falls below this minimum threshold, the account will be temporarily locked. During this period, the user won't be able to perform actions related to uploading or downloading data, and the data associated with the locked account will still be retained.
  • To regain access to the service, users must settle their outstanding balance and ensure that their account balance reaches the minimum required threshold. If a user fails to fully settle their outstanding balance within a period of 3 days, W3S will take an automatic action of deleting all data associated with their account. This emphasizes the importance of timely settling of balances to maintain uninterrupted access to the service and prevent the loss of data due to non-payment.
