What Are Objects?

In AIOZ Web3 Storage, objects are referred to as files or folders.

Update Objects

Rename files

To rename a file, on the Bucket detail page, go to the Bucket detail page and click the three-dot button on the file's right side. This opens a menu – choose Rename, give the new name, and click Confirm.

At present, the functionality to rename folders is not supported.

Move files to another folder

To move a file, first open the action menu. From there, choose the "Move to folder" option and select the desired folder to move the file to. Make sure the folders you need are ready in your bucket before you try this. Lastly, confirm your choice by clicking "Select."

Delete Objects

To delete an object, go to the Bucket detail page and click the three-dot button on the right side of the item. This opens a menu – choose Delete, then confirm by clicking Submit.

When deleting a folder, it doesn't have to be empty.

Download A File

To download a file, on the Bucket detail page, open the action menu and select Download. This action will result in the file being transferred to your device.

The file will be stored in the default download directory of your device.

At present, the functionality to download folders is not supported.
